We are looking for a person based in the Upper Highway area of Durban, South Africa, to update our client contact details.
It will require phone calls to our clients to verify their email addresses, company name, functions within their company and other relevant information.
The position will also require online research to locate potential new clients.
In addition, the data is to be captured into a CRM system and checked for accuracy and allocated to various market segments.
Key Job Requirements :
Exceptionally good communication skills in English (Afrikaans would be a benefit).
Impeccable telephone etiquette (you will be the 'face of the company')
