Are you an ambitious commercially minded individual looking for an opportunity to shape the commercial future of two legal entities and support growth in Finland? If so, join our team and play a pivotal role in defining and supporting the delivery of our commercial strategy.
Reporting into our AB Vista Finance Director based in the UK you will be our key lead for our Finnish entities where you will be responsible for aligning the commercial and financial strategy with the wider Group Strategy alongside other responsibilities such as:
- Identify any organisational gaps, identify solutions including training, resource, and integration plans.
- Embedding culture, processes and policies acting as a point of contact between group HR and local teams.
- People and performance administration such as performance reviews, training needs, headcount planning and salary review processes are business as usual.
- Acting as a point of contact for monthly payroll information and audit requests
- Maintain a health & Safety culture for both the office and testing facilities by ensuring appropriate processes are in place including site security.
- Attend and schedule board meetings providing key updates and future requirements.
- Manage the site budget identifying potential cost savings and looking at process efficiency.

To be successful in this role some of the things we are looking for:
- Educated to degree level in a commercial, business or Finance related subject
- Fluent in both English and Finnish both verbal and written.
- Experience in a similar role with site management exposure including all overarching processes e.g Health & Safety, continued business performance
- Proven people leader with demonstratable experience of coaching, mentoring and developing other
