We are looking for a Full Time Receptionist to assist in the daily operations of our backpacker's hostel, located in favoriten district.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the hostel and its systems (basic administration tasks, cleaning, breakfast preparation
- Ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is essential, German is preferred)
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS/CMS) is preferred
- Creative problem solving skills
- Enthusiasm, creativity and initiative
- Excellent administrative skills
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Previous experience with a similar role is preferred
This position requires weekend, evening, and occasional overnight work.

Essential requirements
You must:
- Be eligible or have all necessary documentation in which to be legally employed in the country, which you are based.
- All Documentation required by any Local/Regional/National certifying or Governing bodies in which to operate legally within you units country.
- Have a up to date/active bank account in your own name.
- Be able to converse in English.
- Where live in accommodation is not provided. Have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the unit.
