Job Description:
*** UAE Real Estate Market experience from 6-12 months mandate
*** Experience in creating video shoots for filming properties
*** Creative mindset, innovation skills and good written communication skills. Should be able to draft reels, videos and post on social media
*** Running marketing campaigns within UAE & Overseas
*** Design e-flyers and creating videos
*** Good knowledge on posting ads on property finder & bayut etc
*** Go the “extra mile” to facilitate sales
*** Well versed with DLD- making form A, B, F
*** Follow up with Developers on their new projects launches
*** Experience is running marketing campaigns for upcoming off-plan projects and generate leads (within UAE and overseas)
*** Immediate joining
*** Ability to perform multi-task
