System administrator for several Procurement IT applications (Coupa Sourcing Platform, Rapid Ratings, Dun & Bradstreet, Power-BI + RPA - UVS project) ensuring systems are configured as per internal approved processes. Makes necessarry modifications in IT platforms as per changes in the business process.
Process owners for several key procurement processes related to supplier risk management, Supplier evaluation regarding CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and HS&E.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews Procurement procedural framework and asses process adherence
- Participates in Procurement improvement initiatives, workshops and task-forces
- Responsible to suggest improvement ideas for existing processes
- Aligns with IT Department and other stakeholders to facilitate digitalization of processes
- Develop training materials and conduct trainings for end users for Procurement processes enhancements
- Access, audit and update of internal databases
- Alignment between internal databases and normalization of data
- Participation in analyzing and issuing business requirements for RPA projects (Robot Process Automation)
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders on missing, incomplete or non-conformant documents or data entries
- Drive supplier enablement in relation to their business relationship with Garrett.
- Performs Supplier evaluations regarding Corporate social Responsability and HS&E aspects in collaboration with other internal and external SME (Subject Matter Experts) and stakeholders.
- Owns and continuously improves the Supplier CSR - HS&E evaluation process according to business requirements
- Acts as Global System Administrator for the Coupa Sourcing Platform responsabile for system maintenance and update according to business requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Technical or IT Bachelor Degree.
- 5 years of experience
- University degree in IT, Economics, Finance is preferred
- Knowledge of Coupa tool preferred
