- Filing and scanning legal documents (agreements, letters, licenses, etc.)
- Ensure all documents are well documented (physical and digital file)
- Manage the sending and receiving of documents from third parties/counterparts
- Handle the process of circulation of legal documents
- Create MoM (Minutes of Meeting)
- A bachelor’s degree from reputable university majoring in Law (preferable), fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have work experience or organizational experience
- Mastering Ms Officer (especially Ms Word, Ms Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheet)
- Multitasking & Can work under pressure
- Great communication skills (verbal & written) and attention to detail
- Highly organized and have good interpersonal skills.
