engineering, transaction management, TA (Technical Advisory) and high-level services, which are necessary for the realization of projects in renewable energies. We are currently moving more than 8 GW in our internal projects – from their development to grid connection along our
core competencies.
In order to actively support our management in the areas of Engineering and Advisory Services we are looking for a committed personality for our PV-Engineering Department, immediately or by appointment.
Tasks
- Responsibility for multi-technology hybrid renewable system designs
- Conceptual design of energy generation and consumption systems accross technologies and sites
- Collaboration with internal departments such as PV-Engineering, Advisory, PPA and Transaction
- Revenue and profit responsibility
- Preparation of pre-project reports including technical clarifications and specifications of the procurement requirements for the projects
- Monitoring and assurance of application documentation and construction by evaluating offers and controlling the construction project reports prepared by the service providers
- SPOC of the project management contact person for all technical requirements during the approval process
- Supervision of flawless project execution for entire project portfolios in application and throughout all project phases
- Coordination and negotiation of technical aspects with the project stakeholders involved and controlling of external planners and service providers regarding compliance with our requirements
- Maintaining effective and trusted cooperation beyond the boundaries of your own organizational unit and in cross-divisional manner
- Proven track record in the application and engineering of energy generation and consumption systems accross technologies and sites
- Leadership skills and experience in managing and operating up to 10 team members
- Problem solving attitude and uncomplicated hands-on character
- Bussiness excellence attitude at interacting with C&I and utility clients
- In-depth knowledge in mixed generation systems composed of battery storage, hydrogen, biomass, hydropower, wind, PV and methanization in co-generation applications
- A decisive personality with proven management skills. You are used to structuring of packages and processes, further able to empower and support your project stakeholders by clear and effective communication.
- Degree in engineering (FH or above) in civil, electrical or environmental engineering, ideally with further training in business administration
- Several years of experience in planning, project management, or system maintenance in the energy sector
- Proficiency in methodologies for implementing complex and multi-layered infrastructure projects along the SIA phases
- Familiarity with public procurement management and knowledge of approval procedures at federal level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English. Further language skills are an advantage.
